Personal Information
Personal information is any information that identifies you personally. This includes: first and last name, street address, phone numbers, and email addresses as well as financial transaction information such as bank and credit card account numbers.

Safeguards around the use of personal information
MN Sidecar makes every reasonable precaution to preserve the confidentiality of our members’ personal information. All employees, agents, and vendors of MN Sidecar are required to keep all information secure.
MN Sidecar ensures all Personal Information is properly collected, and used only for the purposes for which it is collected. It is disposed of in a secure manner when no longer needed.
Any information supplied by members to MN Sidecar will be used solely to fulfill their donation and establish their membership within MN Sidecar. MN Sidecar will maintain anonymity for all members with donations less than $200 per year. Minnesota law requires reporting of personal information for members donating in excess of $200 per year. Our recommended donation level as set out in the website transaction page is less than $200 and therefore not reported.

Selling personal information
MN Sidecar will not sell members’ personal information to others. This applies to all member information whether collected on line or off line and pertains to all contents of member files.

Online collection of information
MN Sidecar does not collect personal information of website visitors.
MN Sidecar deploys multiple layers of security to protect credit card transactions. This includes: encryption, access controls, network firewalls and physical security. Further, we deploy industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software for secure financial transactions. SSL encrypts personal information so it cannot be read at any point on the internet between our members and MN Sidecar.

Communications directly from MN Sidecar
From time to time MN Sidecar may send announcements, news updates and invitations via email, text or phone. Members may choose to opt out of such communication at any time. Opting out will cease all communication from MN Sidecar. Members may unsubscribe from our email list by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of received emails.

External links
From time to time MN Sidecar may link to other sites or servers that are not operated by MN Sidecar. Such links do not fall under our domain and control. MN Sidecar takes no responsibility for the organizations’ views, policies or accuracy of information contain on outside servers.

Changes to our privacy policy
It may be necessary for MN Sidecar to change this policy from time to time. If so, MN Sidecar will not the last update at the bottom of this policy. For changes on this policy that may be materially less restrictive on use or disclosure of personally identifiable information, MN Sidecar will inform members of such changes by prominent notices on our website.
